Simon Kopadze - Born in Tbilisi, on February 10, 1969. 

In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Tbilisi Academy of Arts. 

In 1993, after the end of the active phase of the Russian-Georgian war in Abkhazia, he began working in the office of the Head of State of Georgia (E. Shevardnadze). 

In 1995-96, he studied at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. 

In 1997-2004, he worked in various positions in the National Security Council of Georgia and the Defense and Security Councils of Abkhazia. 

From 2010 to the present, he is the founder and vice-rector of the Georgia-Caucasus Institute for Strategic Studies (), from 2017 to the present, he is the founder and executive director of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Relations Development Foundation.

From 2018 to the present, he is the founder and president of the Georgian Academy of International Relations and Political Sciences.  

In 2023-24, he was an advisor to the political group of the Parliament of Georgia - "For a National and Democratic State", on military and national security issues.
